Meet Paul Simpson, Tampa Boxing Instructor
As a former amateur and professional boxer, an injury cut Paul’s boxing career short. He decided to pursue a career in the fitness industry and found his niche with boxing for fitness. Using a combination of strength training exercises and abdominal work in addition to boxing, Paul developed a program to give his clients an intense yet fun, well rounded workout. Besides training at his South Tampa studio, Paul also travels to clients’ homes and offices, offering the same results driven experience.
